About Vicky Dickinson

Experienced Executive Support for Law Firms

I’m Vicky Dickinson, a virtual executive assistant with over 20 years’ experience supporting senior leaders in professional services environments. I now specialise in working with law firms, providing experienced, dependable support that reflects the way legal practices operate.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with executives and leadership teams who require a high level of organisation, discretion, and reliability. I understand the pace, structure, and expectations within law firms, and how partners prefer to work. My role is to provide the executive-level support that allows firms to operate smoothly, consistently, and efficiently.

Why I Run My Own Business

I set up my business to fully utilise my skills and experience while working in a way that allows flexibility and focus. This enables me to offer law firms high-quality, consistent support, delivered with care and attention, without the constraints of a traditional employment model.

Personally.....

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors. I enjoy hiking and spending time in the garden, both of which I find grounding and restorative.

I’m very family-oriented, and I value structure, balance, and clear boundaries - both personally and professionally. These values shape the way I work with clients and the level of consistency and care I bring to my work.
